JadePDF provides free browser-based PDF tools. All document processing happens locally on your device; your files are never uploaded to our servers. The Service is provided free of charge and requires no registration.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process content you have no right to use
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the hosting infrastructure
  • Scrape, resell, or rebrand the Service as your own product
  • Misrepresent the Service as endorsing you or your business

4. Your Files and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of every document you process with the Service. We claim no rights over your files — indeed, we never receive them. The JadePDF website design, code, and branding remain the property of their owner.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Always keep your own copy of important documents before processing them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JadePDF and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss resulting from browser failures or incorrect tool usage.

7. Third-Party Services and Ads
